  I had a lot of trouble getting a response from this company when I had a problem with my order, but after several attempts I finally got a response and they agreed to credit me for the bottles of wine I received that were corked. Good product selection but they need to step up communications and customer service.

  Its a shame. Wine-o-Mart has a great selection of wine, but their customer service is horrendous! They do not communicate with their customers or provide any insights on the progress of your order. Unless you call them non-stop, you will not get answers. Be cautious when ordering as you may question the legitimacy of their operation. If not for the fact I can get hard-to-get wines from them locally, I would have already taken my business elsewhere.
